What it does
Buys the chosen coins at the weights the picker set and holds them. At every pick the plan is compared with what is held: a coin that dropped out is sold, a coin that stayed is kept (and only resized if its weight has drifted past the no-trade band), and a coin that joined is bought. Optional per-coin stop-loss and take-profit, and an optional drift check between picks.
What happens
Used only inside a Universe. It runs at the universe's refresh or pick instants over every allowed coin, using only data that had closed by then, and its wires carry coin sets, per-coin columns or selections rather than one value per bar.
When to use
Index and rotation universes — anything where owning the coin IS the strategy.
Gotchas
- A universe does one thing with its picks, so it holds either this or Run a strategy on each, never both.
- A coin that stays picked is never sold and re-bought, so staying in costs nothing.
- A stopped-out coin stays out until the next pick; its capital sits as cash unless you say otherwise.
