What it does
Adds rank buffers (keep a coin until it drops past an exit rank), minimum holds, a limit on swaps per pick and score smoothing, and carries the trading band a Book uses.
What happens
Used only inside a Universe. It runs at the universe's refresh or pick instants over every allowed coin, using only data that had closed by then, and its wires carry coin sets, per-coin columns or selections rather than one value per bar.
When to use
Almost always: raw rankings reshuffle constantly, and every swap costs fees.

- Must come before any weight node.
