What it does
Sets the pick cadence — weekly or monthly at a time in the universe's timezone (UTC unless you choose one; daylight saving is followed), or every N exchange bars — plus the cooldown for early picks.
What happens
Used only inside a Universe. It runs at the universe's refresh or pick instants over every allowed coin, using only data that had closed by then, and its wires carry coin sets, per-coin columns or selections rather than one value per bar.
When to use
Match the cadence to how long the signal lasts; the picker check suggests one.
Gotchas
- Picking more often than the column candles only repeats the same ranking.
- Monthly day 31 means the last day of shorter months.
