Coin Rule
Your own test for which coins are allowed, built from steps.

What it does
A coin-set filter whose test is a per-coin deck: coin data, prices, indicators, comparisons and logic, wired into its Allow when input. It keeps a coin while that input is true on the last closed day, and leaves out a coin it cannot judge yet.
What happens
Runs daily, before any measure, over every coin that reaches it — so it also shrinks what every measure has to compute. Its name is the reason the coin table gives for each coin it drops, and another Universe that reuses this coin set gets the rule too.
When to use
When no quick filter says what you mean: "trades at least $20M a day and also has a spot market", "listed under 90 days with more buyers than sellers", or "these coins always, plus anything liquid".
Gotchas
- End the test in a comparison or logic step. A number is "true" whenever it is not exactly zero, so a rule reading raw volume allows almost every coin.
- A rule judges each coin on its own. "The top 30% by volume" compares coins with each other: use the Liquidity Filter in top-N mode or an eligibility gate in the score board.
- A coin whose rule has not warmed up (a 30-day average needs 30 days) is left out until it has.
